What do you like about our workout?

Working in a group makes me challenge myself more than if I was to work out in a gym on my own. The coaches are friendly and watch to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and if not instruct you the correctly way.

The variety of the classes and the attention of the coaches for the floor exercises. Everyone works to their own pace and you always feel like you got a great workout at the end of each class.

It’s challenging, but doable! I feel very valued there, everybody knows my name! I modify the routine to suit my ability level, and am encouraged by the coach, and shown alternatives to exercises I can’t do. I love the way I feel at the end of a session, it’s a great place!!!

I love everything, well almost everything...could do without the ab dolly! Seriously, the fact that I can come in after work and not have to think about what I will work on for my exercise routine that it is planned for me and I will be walked through it by a great coach. I love the energy and partnership feeling from the coaches that they want to be their to coach us to be healthier and happy and the personal touch they each coach brings. It's great to be welcome as well the minute I walk in the door by name!

I love how there’s so many different varieties of workout. I always feel challenged. The coaches are awesome in sense of direction and also motivation. I feel great being part of the OTF family. I love the challenges and how rewarding they are. I’m feeling the strongest I’ve ever felt in my life both physically and mentally.
