Nice studio
Great workouts and a great community. Whenever the week has left me feeling run down and exhausted, i know a workout at OTF will reset me and get me back on track. The workouts are challenging yet you can go at your own pace. They've set a culture where you’re competing against your previous self and not others. Its good for the body and the mind!

The classes go by quickly because you're moving through the different stations and it's a great cardio workout. I also like that every class is different so it doesn't get boring.

I love the structured classes. The coaches keep an eye out for proper form to prevent injury. The staff makes working out fun.

The coaches are there to support and motivate you, but the spotlight is not on you. The classes are filled with people of all different skill levels, and everyone is doing the same thing but at their own pace, so I'm only doing what I can do, rather than trying to meet the expectations of someone else. I never feel like I'm trying to keep up with, or "compete" with anyone other than myself. I really enjoy being able to track each workout, and being able to see how far I've come since may own day 1. OTF makes coming to the gym fun, and it's easy to make it part of my daily routine.

Everything! The coaches encouragement and corrections, the variety in the workouts that make it easy so your not on your own to figure out what to do and what we focus on through different templates (ESP, Power, strength), the music which helps a ton to get out of your head and the members who although we are all at different levels of fitness will cheer you on or congratulate you on milestones and seeing their strengths!
basically it is everything. It kinda pushes me to do things that I would never do. Competing with yourself or the guy standing next to you also is very helpful.
