I love everything about OTF Nisky. I go there to workout but the environment and community offer so much more to my experience. Nisky’s coaches and staff are top tier and I always leave with a smile on my face-even after a tough workout! Having a place like this makes me feel happy it’s so close to home. :)

Everything. Coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Classes are energetic and engaging. I like not having to think. Before I know it the class is done. The cost is comparable also.
It's diversified, music is good & coaches are all great!
I joined OTF when it first opened on Staten Island. They had some of the best fitness instructors. Absolutely amazing. If you had any issues with an exercise (OTF is squat central and a lot of people have knee issues) they would provide an exercise tailored to you that was just as challenging and targeted. Then the shutdown happened and I had a health issue so I have just recently returned. I must say how impressed I was with Angela. We had a very confusing workout and she observed I was confused and came up to me a few times to make sure I was ok and I was performing everything correctly. I was so grateful for her supervision. What a great instructor Angela is.
I love all the coaches especially Jackie’s classes :) she’s hilarious!

There are several things I like about my workouts at OT:
- I know my workout will be one hour, no dawdling around or lingering. I can get in/out and on with my day in a scheduled amount of time.
- Every instructor knows my name and encourages me
- I do exercises I would never select if I just went to the gym on my own. I also use equipment I would never seek out. I'm seeing results in my arms and legs that are new to me and make me happy.
- The members going to OT really want to be there. It's encouraging to see so many have been there for years and haven't quit.
