Good variety, fun music, great coaches
I love the treadmill, the "push and base pace." To incorporate weights and cardio is a great mix! The rower is not my friend, but I do love when we incorporate the medicine ball or other workouts in with the rower. All in All, Orange Theory get the job done.

The instructor and the intensity

There is a little bit of everything. Treadmill, rowing machines and weights. You can’t get a better 60 minute workout. The coaches are all fantastic as well as everyone sitting at the front desk.
I just have to get myself there and then get a great workout for an hour!
It's fast paced and the workouts go bu quickly
I liked the rowing part of it and really enjoyed the fast pace of the total workout. I haven't run on a treadmill in a long time do I need to work on that part of it, I run mainly outdoors. Linda was great with me, especially getting my size 15 sneakers in on the rowing machine.

It was fun, challenging and high-energy!
I feel motivated during the workout. The music, the camaraderie, the friendly coaches….all add up to a great experience. A morning workout at IT sets me up for a great mood all day.
The visual feedback of seeing your heart rate, calories burned, pace, etc is super motivating.
And the trainers are enthusiastic and encouraging!
They are friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcoming.

I like that its a variety of cardio and weight lifting, with most templates being half on the floor and half on the treadmill! Plus the music has been spot on, it really gets me in a good headspace while running! But overall i have really enjoyed my membership with OTF over these last 4 months!
Everything!!!! Every day it is something new and challenging. The staff- from front desk to coach- is welcoming, supportive, encouraging and just simply amazing. OTF is a fabulous community; that must be experienced to understand how truly awesome it is.
It’s always different and changing. The coaches are energetic and encouraging. The good playlists. And of course, the overall workout is great and burn lots of calories in just an hour.
The coaches and staff are top notch.
