What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are excellent. I like the fact that I don't have to think about my workout. It is designed to fill an hour of time on the days I come to the studio. It is easy to modify to my ability on any of the equipment being used. There are always options.

Excellent workout. Always different.

I like the variety. I like the fact that it is an environment to learn the correct way to row or to handle weights. Some instructors are better than others about correcting proper form.

What do you like about our workout?

It gets both cardio and strength training in in one workout. It’s usually either/or with group training classes. OTF is has both, which is exactly what I’m looking for!

What do you like about our workout?

I’ve been going to OTF since they opened in my area. I went to Orange Theory wanting a more well rounded workout than what I had been doing. I love that all I have to do is show up, and a great full body workout is waiting for me. The trainers, sales team and members create an environment that is very welcoming and fun. I honestly look forward to my workouts every day… and no matter your age, or fitness level, everyone succeeds. Just join, you won’t regret it!

I liked the upbeat coach, Tori. I also liked doing the workout as a “team”. The best part is that I got the whole gym experience without being in an annoying gym. The music really keeps me wanting to engage more too!!

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are generally good - I've been dealing with a knee injury the past couple of months and have been able to adapt the workouts for the most part, although the templates have had a lot of squats and lunges which are problematic. The limited schedule at my studio has been a challenge with the addition of the Lift classes instead of the traditional workout in some slots.

Loving the templates for November!! Being a long time member I am really liking the changes I am seeing. Newer moves and new challenges. Would love more strength class offered through out the week, especially ones for individuals working an 8-5pm work schedule.

What do you like about our workout?

As a mom of 2 little ones that works full-time, Orangetheory Fitness has been absolutely perfect!

There are days where I have to head to the gym immediately after finishing work and making dinner; Knowing that my session is already planned out is a game-changer.

I've worked out in the past and have even purchased programs from personal trainers. Finding the motivation after a long, trying day isn't easy. That's where the OTF Coaches come into play. Their high energy is infectious, and their tips and guidance are super helpful!

I went through a period of approximately 5 1/2 years of successful and failed pregnancies which took quite a toll, both, physically and emotionally. After being a member of Orangetheory Fitness for the past 9 months, I can happily say that I'm catching a glimpse of my old self again. That's the version of myself that I want my sons to grow up seeing --Strong, confident, and healthy.

What do you like about our workout?

After taking clues to 600 classes, no two have been the same. I think that’s great for overall fitness and for maintaining my interest in attending. The coaches are great and provide useful feedback to individuals.
