The workouts are never boring and always challenging!
I like the structure of the workouts which allows you to work at your abilities. For example, I chose the weights on the floor side which are comfortable for me but allows for the completion of the given exercise. Alternatives are given for many of the exercises. I'm dealing with an arthritic shoulder and use the TRX straps for push ups. The routines are different every day and are presented by by the coaches very clearly. When I walk in in the morning I"m created with hi Bob and a smile which always makes for a great start to the day. On the negative side there is no fifties music but I can live with that.
I have been going to Orange Theory (OT) for 5+ years and without a doubt, the best, and most well rounded workout, I have ever experienced. I have been working out the better part of my adult life and finally have found the best fit. The workouts, the coaches, the attention to detail and personalized attention is 2nd to none. People of all levels participate but we all have determination and goals in mind. Dn't think twice about joining. You may think that the investment is significantly more than just joining a gym, so why not just join a gym and save that money. Don't think that way. Trust me when I say that joining a gym will never bring your the results, and the promise of longevity in dedicating the making of your best self a reality. I can't say enough about OT and how it has helped make me my best self. Move forward and join. It will be the best investment you can make in yourself. And as a bonus, your health insurance may cover a portion of it. They did with me!

Great workouts, music and coaches.
The OTF is family and I especially like how all the coaches give attention to what we are doing right or wrong.
The variety of workouts. All is the body improves in strength, speed, agility, valence, and endurance. I walk out feeling invincible!

The workouts are challenging and there is a great variety. The coaches are very encouraging and attentive and the front desk staff are so nice and helpful. I have never stuck to a workout plan-usually a month or two and I quit but I have been going to OTF Victor for over a year and love it. I have lost weight and see a big difference in my health and energy level. Thank you Coach Grant, Jenn, Alison, Jamie, Sara and Joelle!!!

Well rounded and challenging workouts, guided by motivating and engaging coaches.
Orange theory has been life changing for me. Before I joined OTF, I always had to plan my workout and I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing. But with OTF all I have to do is to show up with an open mind and follow the instructions from the coaches. We have a very non-judgmental and friendly staffs and coaches. Also, your peers who work out with you will be your motivation and eventually it becomes your fitness family.

I really like the friendliness of the staff and members. The workouts are great, both challenging and doable. I also appreciate the flexibility of the workouts being able to modify for injury and the option to use the bike instead of the tread! I’ve been a member for 5 years and i still love the workout.
