Love the environment - I love that the workout is well thought out and always feels challenging enough to help me improve every single time. I also like the idea that its the same workout at every studio across the country. It’s such great atmosphere that pumps you up and mixes things up while working out. The hour goes by quick because you are doing different things! I loved the whole experience and felt great after the workout. I really appreciate the science behind all of it!! I just wish it wasn’t more affordable :’(

Hi everyone. I love OTF, as I am sure you are aware, as I usually attend 5+ days per week and have been since June 2017 (at this location). Shout out to my main g's, Lauren & Trevor.
Despite my admiration for OTF, over the last 6 or so months, there have definitely been changes in the studio that have me questioning this. After today's 7:15a class and the tumultuous locker room I just experienced, I am thoroughly irked. I was told that when UWS opened, Chelsea would have less foot traffic and classes would therefore be less crowded. This is not the case in the slightest. I am over expressing complaints about 3-group classes and have accepted them. However, I do believe that there needs to be something done about the amount of people allowed in a class due to the popularity of showering afterwards (how about instead of like 45 or 40 or whatever it is, go for 35?). The locker room today was so crowded that people coming in for the 8:30 couldn't even walk in and there aren't enough lockers. The locker room was a full blown sauna and it is 20 degrees outside! Last summer when classes were still 2-groups, the locker room was 400 degrees and I would leave dripping.. I can only fathom what this exact situation from today will look like in June (I'll be a puddle on the floor). I always ditch class at 48ish minutes in so I can go grab a shower and my spot to get ready but had I left a second later than I did today, I would have waited 10+ minutes for a shower.
With all of this being said, I am hoping that there is something you can do to lessen the hectic, packed locker room in the future. At the end of the day, I don't foresee myself canceling my membership but this over-crowded locker room is leaving me annoyed and frustrated.

The workouts are great, every day is different and every day pushes you in its own way. They make their workouts efficient and comprehensive so you get a great workout in just one hour. If you stick to it you will most definitely see results. Since I started going regularly I’ve gained speed, built strenght and endurance. 100% would recommend!
Great coaches and facilities! Could use some heavier weights though :)

The tracking device helped me push myself during the workout to go harder and reach maximum calorie burn.
I loved the different aspects of the workout how it works on strength as well as endurance and power. I did not love the instructor though - would not recommend him for new members
That they're balanced and challenging. I also love being able to track what's going on with heart rate and calorie burn.
