I can determine the level of intensity - how fast to run, how hard to row, how heavy to lift. But the coaches and heart rate data push me to do more than I ever could on my own. I can be in between a retiree on one side and a recent college athlete on the other, and each of us gets an excellent workout.
Coaches really take the time to evaluate your progress and point out mid class errors to seek best performance. Even when you think they’re not watching they are. I’ve never felt more motivated and encouraged to do better with my physically health than I did now. I’m excited to see what year 2 brings me.
Classes r Always changing so your body responds better . As well challenging which makes me work harder then l thought l could.. LOVE IT 😊
It is a very user-friendly class. It is a good format for those just starting out in a workout program and also those who are more advanced. It is well-structured which is important for someone who could be intimidated or hesitant to work out in a gym.

I really like the class structure with great instructors and friendly classmates! I love the Lift classes especially, and like to focus on different muscle groups.
