Orange Theory is the most efficient work out to date. No two classes are the same and the coaches are high energy, inspirational, and motivating. The workouts are hard but also fun and I find I never look at the clock to check the time. The hour goes super fast and always leaves me with the best endorphin rush !

I love Orange Theory! I am a busy working mom--I need a workout that gets. it. done. Orange Theory is a great workout every time. I like the many class times--I work nontraditional hours so the early morning or evening classes offered at a typical gym don't work for my schedule. I like that the emphasis is on quality of life and health and not weight loss or looks. I mean I don't *mind* that I'm getting ripped, but that's not the main reason why I'm there. The coaches are all fantastic. The lobby can get crowded but, hey, it's Manhattan! Facility is always clean; staff are friendly and helpful. All around it's a win!

I love Orangetheory workouts and everything the studio has to offer. I am particularly a fan of Tess. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, incredible support, and subtle nudges to get us to do our absolute best in each and every workout is inspiring!

Coaches are very motivating and the front desk staff are super friendly! I enjoy that the classes size are not outlandishly big like I’ve heard of some other OTF studios in the city.
The burn monitor is awesome and makes it really easy to focus on your own workout without the pressure of comparing yourself to others. It feels like a really supportive and welcoming room.
The data of the heart monitor is something I haven't gotten from other HIIT gyms

It forces me to move faster than I've been lately so I'm sure it stretches me. it's a diverse workout, but I wish I had a little more instruction/orientation. But you do learn on your feet. Very friendly 7 supportive staff!

In 1 hour I'm able to hit all the major components of a comprehensive workout; cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility! It's an effective and efficient workout program that saves time and it delivers results!
