I love the variation of the workout. This particular class had great music which is key. The energy of following classmates helps to keep you on track and the visualization given through the Fitbit is motivating.
The teacher was great too. Was my first class, she checked in often to make sure I was OK. It takes a little to catch on to the instruction but overall great.

It’s always inspiring and intense. You can personally tailor it to your ability. The coaches are very supportive and motivating. The workout takes care of everything! All you have to do is show up - OTF takes care of the rest!!

Pushes you to reach target in orange zone. I also like how the treadmills are customized to your stats, so it's easier to keep track.

Loved the use of technology to provide quantitative metrics! The class was also very well run and easy to understand. I appreciated that the weight room exercises were shown on the screen, and everyone was able to go through the exercises at their own pace!

I really enjoyed the laid back vibe and Shannon's coaching style. It felt like a much lower pressure situation than the studio I go to back in North Carolina, yet I still felt motivated.
Loved the combo of it all and the running interval. I felt like I got a better work out doing this work out then just going and running for 30 min

I love OTF and would definitely recommend to a friend. I love the music, the workouts and most of all the staff.
I love the Intensity of the work out and the great energy that is provided from the coaches especially Kelsey and Natalia and Trevor.
The first impression from the Chelsea studio was perfect - the SAs were great! They were very welcoming, personable and helpful. I attended 2 days of classes back to back and they were excellent! Coach Lauren and Coach Trevor were motivating and I crushed both classes! Thank you ... I will be back again!
The coach was great and I really enjoyed the variety in the workout. I'd come back but it's a bit our of my price range. Overall, great workout though!
