I have tried pretty much every studio and type of exercise from years of crossfit, hot yoga, pilates, soul cycle, barre, triathlons, running etc. You name it, I have probably been a member at some point lol. So far OTF has been the perfect balance of exercise and community. I can push myself without feeling the anxiety/ stress of over competition (something I am prone to from college sports).
Going to the studio each day has brought me a lot of joy! Thanks again for your hard work at the studio.

Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I was a little intimidated since I have haven’t had a real workout in a while. There’s a lot of lingo, numbers and graphs to understand but the coach and the team are there for you the whole way through. Jamar on the UWS was so kind and patient with my many questions.
I love the group effort feeling. Coach Ben was attentive, thorough and kind. He corrected my form without making me feel silly and he encouraged all of us to push ourselves a bit more. I feel inspired and motivated after each class. I already feel like a healthier me and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you!!!
I love that it’s total body and the floor changes each day
I like that the classes are fast-paced and effective. By the time I realize I’m tired, the class is almost over! The coaches do a great job explaining everything and motivating everyone to do their best. The reception staff is also so friendly and helpful. The thing I love most about orange theory fitness on the upper west side is that there is no judgment by anyone. You can be as in shape or out of shape as you are and everyone just wants you to do your best.

Orangetheory Chelsea has exceeded my expectations. From the first time I called, to the moment that I set foot in the studio the staff has been nothing but helpful and welcoming. I have worked out in many studios in NYC and have never had such a positive experience like I did at Orangetheory Chelsea. When given the opportunity to join by purchasing classes or an unlimited membership I knew the membership was a no brainer. I have found a community that wants to see me succeed and reach my goals. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant and sharing SO much knowledge on how I can achieve my goals. I’m truly blown away by the studio + the community Orangetheory Chelsea has built. The pace
I like being able to see my progress and monitor my levels during the classes. I also like the variety, even though it's basically the same equipment, the workouts vary every time.
I do Orangetheory at my studio in Park City, UT, so it was great to be able to work out in NYC while visiting my daughter.
Everything. The workout. The coaches. The tread and the rower. I feel safe and the studios are super clean.
I enjoy the energy - coach Ben is awesome at motivating me to push myself, while also keeping me safe (socially distanced + properly performing each exercise).
Everything!! From Managers , front of house , coaches . I’ve been in the fitness , spa world for over decades!! Been to 5 star health clubs to hotels . Your extraordinary employees should be committed from greeting smile , they listen your just not a MENBER your family . The Coaches r beyond with experience and honest if he/ she doesn’t hv a answer they will as there piers !!! YOU DONT GET THAT ANYWHERE!!! PERIOD.. WERE FAMILY WE WANT THE BEST FOR EACH OTHER

Orangetheory i is surprisingly addictive and effective. The Heart Rate monitoring is not just a gimmick but a highly effective way to track your progress and effort. The staff is super motiviated and motivating, the facilities are sleek, clean and efficient.
The workout is both approachable and challenging. Jumping from floor to treadmill to rowing means you don't have time to get bored. The coaches, music and community make it a fun place to come. Benchmarks help provide accountability and motivation to set and achieve goals.
The variety of routine but the consistency of the quality!
I like the fact that it never gets easier. A push cannot get easier or you’re not pushing and if you find it getting easy to go all out, then by definition you’re not.
Very friendly, looking forward to doing a workout
I like that the floor exercises are explained via video on the wall. I need the visuals - they help. I like that the music isn't played too loudly. I hate places that play music too loud - it's not safe for anyone! I like how soft the floor is. I like the instructors. The space is great too.

I'm trying to get back in shape, so I love that the focus on HR means that I know I am working hard even if if I'm not matching the same speed as everyone around me. It's very encouraging, plus it's so fun!
