I like that it's guided as I wouldn't know where to start for such an intense workout. I also noticed where I was struggling during the workouts and the team at my local orange theory was able to suggest a plan to accommodate where I was weaker.

Every single class is different. Each class challenges me in a different way and I always leave feeling like I’ve accomplished something.
Good vibes, friendly faces, fun coaches, knowledgeable coaches, good music, great staff! Great workout and environment.
The coaches, how dedicated they are to the participants, how amazing of cheerleaders they are! They are really rooting for you! They pay attention to your progress and are always willing to spend time discussing your progress!

I like that I’m driven to workout. I get excited to come back the next time. I can see what my stats are throughout the workout so I can gauge how hard I need to push, plus the coach constantly giving feedback to me.
It was an amazing uniformed workout. The coach was constantly checking up on me during my first class. The orange theory watch is amazing in how it tracks my progress whilst I work out. Loved the whole concept
I like the front desk staff and the coaches. Everyone is very friendly which is encouraging on the days you don't want to work out.
It’s a great studio, the instructors are wonderful and motivational while still being awake of an physical limitations you may have.

The heart rate monitor and the feedback it provides. HOWEVER: I hate that it dips into the grey when I need to grip heavy weights. It screws up my final tabulations. Can't you fix this?

The coaches and SAs at Chelsea are hands down the best. I’ve been to about thirty OTFs, and didn’t know what to expect with the Chelsea location.
NYC isn’t exactly known for its friendliness. The team at Chelsea is ridiculously welcoming. I felt like Marie and Richard were my BFFs before I even stepped foot in the studio
