Covers strength and cardio and it changes up every time. Doesn’t get boring.

The heartrate monitor is a very effective tool throughout the workout. Also, I really like some of the instructors as they are very enthusiastic and provide pointers throughout the workout.
The workouts are paced well and go by fairly quickly.
The variety, motivational coaches but also the whole customer service - first time going it was all explained to me so well by Alec and coach Alysha!
