She's truuuuuuuly the greatest. I'm shocked at the progress I've made in just a month and the stamina I've built back up after not doing any physical activity for about 3 years. This place is saving my life.

I love OTF. The one thing that has sometimes made it hard to recommend OTF to friends is how opaque the membership/pricing model is. Every month brings a different promo with it- maybe it's a free month, or a discounted month, or a heart monitor. Maybe you're joining a new studio at a founder's rate. (One of my friends *wants* to be working out at OTF, but joined Hells Kitchen at the founder's rate and is now in a holding pattern until that opens. He would be attending UWS with me if there was an option without feeling like he was "missing out on a deal.") In my experience, the constantly-changing promotions and pricing makes the gym feel really corporate and results in members looking over their shoulder thinking "what am I missing out on?"
I absolutely love Orangetheory Chelsea! The coaches are awesome - so motivating, positive, and fun. I always look forward to my workouts there.

Targets whole body. Combines cardio, strength and flexibility. Teachers are smart and fun. The rigor is individualized. It’s challenging but intelligent and safe. Encouraging, low-key, energetic, non-judgemental, physically diverse and community oriented spirit!
I like the mix of exercises that meet my cardio and strength needs. The energy of the class is inspiring!

Just took my first class at OTF Midtown West and Zack was the best coach! He was very patient, motivating, had a fun sense of humor and gave personal attention to everyone in class. The studio was very clean and friendly front desk.
