Intensity and coaching staff
The coaches keep me motivated, the class is split into different areas so doesn’t feel boring (although not a huge fan of there being less 3G now) and you can actively track your progress throughout the class and on the app after.
Great team of coaches and staff. New treadmills are amazing! Need bags for after workout clothes.
I love everything about OTF on West 92nd street. The front desk staff, specifically Devin and Paul, make me feel welcomed from the moment I walk in the door. I love the high energy, fun, community atmosphere of the classes. Coach Tiff, Coach Nick, and Coach Robin help me get stronger, more confident, and have now cultivated my newfound love of exercising.
this is the only place effective for me, the coaches are amazing people and they work with every level of difficulty you may have so don't be shy just let them know and they work with you. My body fat has gone down and i am so determined to end this year better than when i started.

The workout program is very inclusive to all fitness levels and the coaches really encourage and reaffirm this. The playlists are always motivating and each coach is motivating to each individual. I would recommend to anyone looking to create a healthy lifestyle/fitness routine.
Great workout but “scalable” for any fitness level.
Great mix of cardio and weight lifting.
Every workout is challenging in its own way. I can go as easy or hard as I am feeling that day, and I always walk out after feeling like I’m ready to conquer whatever my day throws at me next. I also like the repeating templates because I can gauge my improvement!
Its very energetic and the coaches are amazing. The only thing I'd like to see is more options for LIFT, there are classes 3 times/week only, and adding additional times even during those same days that are currently available, would be helpful.
Also to see another class between 8: 30 and 11 or between 12 and 4:30 PM would be more than helpful.

Everything, from coaches to the workouts always challenging
As a former college athlete, the structure of Orangetheory is exactly what I need to stay motivated! Moving through the workout with my classmates with guidance from supportive coaches really makes it feel like we’re a team. I highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone who enjoys structure and accountability to get their exercise in! Special shout out to Orangetheory W 92nd street in NYC!
The variety
I sweat and feel like I had a real work out
I love how supportive and encouraging everyone is. The coaches are always ready to help you improve. My first day back after being away for 2 months was like coming back home. I was so happy to see everyone's familiar faces.
The coaches are awesome. They make you work but make it fun.
The team leaders are excellent the staff and management very friendly, courteous and welcoming.
Of course, and an amazing work out.
Ambiance and look is very chic and no nonsense.

I like that it doesn't matter if you are having a good day or a bad day, coaches are always encouraging and work with where you are on the day that you show up, no matter your fitness level or age.

Love orange theory. The coaches and staff are wonderful. I love 72nd street with my whole heart.
I like the variety of the workouts and that it's a total body workout. If we don't work on one muscle area this time, chances are high it'll be worked on the next time. I also like being able to track my efforts with the heart monitor so I can check in with myself during the workout and see the results afterward. I love the supportive coaches and the playlists are always fun too.
The variety. The Coaches. The music. The challenges. The 90 min classes. The friendliness of the front desk staff. The ability to go to a class when I am traveling.
Love that it is a full body workout. Amazing coaches with amazing energy that motivates you.
