OT gives me strength, energy and fuel for my life. The varied exercise routines make working out fun, not work. The coaches inspire and care about my personal goals. It has taken years to find an exercise approach that works for me. Now that I have I couldn’t be happier!
Love all the instructors and challenging workouts.
The workouts are always different, but not drastically so where you feel lost all of the time. The coaches are energetic and supportive. They are there to push you, encourage you and lift you up. I love seeing my name and my stats on the screen. It helps me know when I am truly giving my all, or when I can step it up and give a little more.
My first workout was awesome - lots of energy, great program and excellent instructions. The Orange Theory team was welcoming and gave a thorough introduction to the OT system and what to expect during the class. I"m excited make the most of OT as I reclaim my mojo!

Instructor gave me personal attention. People in the class also helped out with instructions knowing it was my first class at orange theory. Also that I could see how I was trending in which zone I was in.

I love the convenience of it, I can book a session the day of and show up!
I am fairly competitive, so I do much better in group workouts where seeing other people encourages me to push myself harder, but because I am coming off several injuries and just restarting my fitness journey I can't actually match them stride for stride or lift for lift. OrangeTheory is the perfect balance - where I'm surrounded by other people, but I'm really competing with myself, focusing on the work that brings my heart rate to the right level rather than potentially injuring myself again by overdoing, or feeling bad because I can't do as many reps. I also get bored easily, and I love rotating through the stations, finding the balance between floor, rower, and treadmill.

I loved being a part of the OTF H Street community! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the coaches are upbeat and encouraging. I definitely learned more about how my body works and that I can push my limits with weight selections and speeds on the treadmill while working out here.
