This morning, we had Kara. She had an awesome playlist…even included an Italian song. I liked how our rower exercise was interspersed with getting off to do the medicine ball exercises, want just straight rowing. Also loved today’s circuit with the weights. I like how OTF is doing more to incorporate weights and bodyweight exercises to balance out the cardio. Awesome workout, awesome music, and awesome coach Kara today! Antigona

Love OTF! Have been attending classes for several years and I'm a big fan of the structure and the energy I get from the coaches. Would highly recommend the classes to anyone who might be interested.
My only feedback for our studio is that studio is marked as a "premiere studio," which means we pay a higher monthly rate. However, we are still using old equipment including rowers without tablets and treadmills that cannot exceed 12mph. Ultimately these are perks and not core to the workout experience, but it would be nice to have those upgrades to really make the studio feel like it was "premiere."

I love that the workouts are different EVERY time. I love that I don’t have to think about how to have an efficient workout — it’s all done for means facilitated by encouraging coaches w/ great playlists. This is the only workout I’ve ever stuck w/ and can’t believe I’m a person who now looks forward to working out. I’m turning 41 this week and have never been so strong!

Love the course schedule - you have regular 90 min classes, lift classes, early morning/late morning/midday/evening. Some of the best coaches around teach at H (Dwayne, Jeanette, etc.!!), as well. The weight stations are just too close on the floor to be comfortable when classes are full. Also, towels were great pre-COVID but haven't come back?
