The templates, since they changed, are creative and hard! This particular studio has very competent and knowledgeable coaches that have great relationships to the members and a recognizable commitment to OTF

I like that it’s different everytime I go and I love the coaches! I also like that I don’t feel embarrassed in the gym as well. There are all bodies types and people there as well.
Love the feeling of hitting 12 splat points and knowing I’m getting real benefit from the workout. Also love the instructors and the fact that the workouts are easy to follow and really get you sweating. This is the first time in my life that I’ve exercised this regularly!

It’s efficient, well-rounded and fun.
I love that it’s one hour only and a tough workout. It’s great to block off one hour and get it done.
Coaches, customer service
I love how the workouts are always changing and challenging me in new ways. Each workout incorporates endurance, power, and strength so I feel like I covered so much in an hour. I like being able to track my progress via the heart rate monitor and the challenge trackers. The coaches are motivating with their words of encouragement and music. Highly recommend!

Coaching; every day is different
The workouts are intense but move at a respectable pace. I feel exhausted but also energized afterward.
It is always something different, and I consistently feel that I am challenging myself. The coaches push me to work harder than I think I can - I have gotten so much faster and stronger over the past five months. I love that I know it will be 1 hour of hard work and that I will know most of the people I am working out with.
Like the energy and enthusiasm of the coaches. Appreciate their diligence in observing and making corrections to form, if and when needed.
