I never feel judged and I always feel comfortable going at my own pace while also pushing myself to improve and do better. I also love all the benchmarks!

It's an amazing workout - hard but achievable! Everyone is so supportive and it's a great environment for someone like me who is just starting my fitness journey!

It is just the right amount of cardio and strength. The coaches are motivating, the music is fun, and after I feel like I have done a really great workout. I can always count on OTF to get me feeling my best.

The instructors, the motivation, and the pace of the classes. I do wish there was more lifting though.

What do you like about our workout?

Flora and Tana are excellent and supportive coaches. I like that it is not based on weight loss or an ideal body but they talk about strength and health.

The templates, since they changed, are creative and hard! This particular studio has very competent and knowledgeable coaches that have great relationships to the members and a recognizable commitment to OTF

What do you like about our workout?

I like the mix between strength and cardio. I also really like Angie and Travis! They are both very motivating and nice.

I like that it’s different everytime I go and I love the coaches! I also like that I don’t feel embarrassed in the gym as well. There are all bodies types and people there as well.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the feeling of hitting 12 splat points and knowing I’m getting real benefit from the workout. Also love the instructors and the fact that the workouts are easy to follow and really get you sweating. This is the first time in my life that I’ve exercised this regularly!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how the workouts are always changing and challenging me in new ways. Each workout incorporates endurance, power, and strength so I feel like I covered so much in an hour. I like being able to track my progress via the heart rate monitor and the challenge trackers. The coaches are motivating with their words of encouragement and music. Highly recommend!

The workouts are intense but move at a respectable pace. I feel exhausted but also energized afterward.

What do you like about our workout?

It is always something different, and I consistently feel that I am challenging myself. The coaches push me to work harder than I think I can - I have gotten so much faster and stronger over the past five months. I love that I know it will be 1 hour of hard work and that I will know most of the people I am working out with.
