It is challenging and different every time, and the coaches are very motivating.
I love our studio lay out, our coaches are the best. I’m in the best shape of my life because of otf. Only complaint was I wish there were more lift classes and a class between 12 and 415pm, sometimes I like a mid afternoon work out.

OTF is great for people of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting back into shape or you’re looking to reach more elite fitness goals, it’s adaptable enough for everyone. I like that all I have to do is show up, ready to work, and just do as I’m told! It takes the guess work out and allows me to focus on what I came to do. I like the supportive atmosphere as well.
I’m super happy with how the coaches on staff keep a hawk eye on us while we do our exercises, correcting our form and suggesting alternatives when needed. There’s enough variety of exercises and cardio options (treads, bike, strider) to do that I can truly have custom workout in a group exercise setting.

Orangetheory has allowed me to improve my level of fitness tremendously over the past year. The combination of cardio and strength has lead to increased results. The coaches at my studio are awesome- they take the time to get to know each person’s goals. They have each helped me hit goals in different ways (I.e. pushing me through class, keeping me accountable, providing advice and feedback, and encouraging me to avoid unintended walking recoveries). The community is also a huge factor for me. I love the friends that I have made here.
Different all the time
Everything! It’s been a total game changer for me. I never knew that I could run and OT makes strength training fun. I now get a total body workout as opposed to the cardio aerobics classes that I used to take at the gym. And the instructors are amazing!! Only downside? There’s not one in Rehoboth, DE where I’m moving :(
All the friendly coaches and front desk staff! Coach Andrew, Abbi, Abby, and Reilly are all fantastic coaches and great motivators. I love how all the front desk workers know my name as well as soon as I walk in. Sage, Katie and Megan are all fantastic workers as well! I love how at the beginning of every workout Sage will yell out Have a great workout!

The coaches here are motivating, make an effort to get to know you, keep you engaged, and always try to help you do better! It’s the main reason I continue going to this particular studio.

I like you can see how your body is responding to the workout. It helps gauge when I can push it and when I may need to slow down

Miles is one of the best OTF coaches I’ve had. He makes it feel like a community and gets to know all of us. He’s very encouraging and helpful.
The workout itself has been great. I’ve been sore almost every day from a different body part, but I am still keeping up with my cardio health from the treadmill. 10/10 would recommend.
I like that OTF is a guided workout where we are all pushed at our own pace to become our best selves. The 2 things that make OTF special (IMO) are: (1) the staff is kind and patient. They genuinely want to help you learn and be your best self— true hype humans, and (2) the math/ data behind the workout and being about to see it in real time is a big motivation factor for me and makes me feel incredible after a workout.
