This is an amazing gym, from the moment you walk into the door you feel inspired! The front end staff is just as motivating as the coaches! I like the size of the gym as well as the workout routines. The app and checking my splat points keeps me motivated. My fitness goals are being met because of OT!

One piece of feedback that I have is that with the new formats/templates I've notices that the coaches don't have time to demo all of the moves. I feel like I really miss that and miss getting the tips about proper form. I would like to see a return to more demo and individual instructing on the floor.
Other than that, I love OTF and want to be a member for life.
It's approachable for someone like me who has never been super athletic.
I end up working hard every time, but if I'm having an off day, I like knowing that I have full control over my intensity level.
The fact that no two workouts are the same stops me from getting bored and quitting.
It's broken into bite-sized pieces, which makes it go by fast--you aren't doing any one exercise for a long time.
Late classes are available, which works well with my schedule.

Multiple factors are behind the top rating what I like about this workout: the variety and the instructors. The workout variety enables different parts of the body to be focused, which results in muscles to breakdown and rebuild. If looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve physical health, or look for a stress reliever, this is the place and workout. On any given workout, a variety combination of strength training, circuit, HIT, and cardio are applied. This workout is accommodating to people of different ages and physical built, from beginners to athletic experts. Never the same class day the next day or the day after that.
What I like about this workout is its accommodating for almost everyone. In the Georgetown Studio, I have seen individuals with severe stress with osteoporosis walk away with the stress gone and in less pain. I have seen workaholic folks had the stress removed of a 12-hr work day after a Georgetown studio Orange Theory class. I have seen individuals go from a beer gut to a six-pack over time with commitment and effort attending Orange Theory. I have also seen pregnant women attend the class and have higher endurance level than men in their 20s and 30s. This studio knows how to work with pregnant women attending their classes.
There is not enough positive feedback to accurately portray the feedback of the instructors. To say the instructors are knowledgable is an understatement. The instructors (Flora, Tana, Jessica) are the perfect combination of advocating both positive reinforcement and friendly encouragement. What makes Orange Theory Studio in Georgetown among the rest of the other studios in the area are the INSTRUCTORS. Can't find a higher better caliber of professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness than the instructors at Orange Theory in Georgetown. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating which demonstrates a high level or customer service.
That any can participate and see results, no matter their size or age.
I really like the instructors at Navy Yard. I feel like Navy Yard has the A-Team with Karla, Max, and Everett back. I don’t take many classes with the other instructors but Raye, Tyler, and Ely are also great whenever I get the chance to take a class with them. I feel like Navy Yard has built a real community that other locations don’t have.

I love how the heart rate monitor and screens help you get an awesome workout. Keeps me very motivated during the full hour! And the coaches are fun and know how to inspire!
