I enjoy the encouragement from the coaches and fellow classmates. To do better. Reach my goals big or small. Even though it’s a class I always feel like I have a personal trainer that knows me and how to push me in the right way to reach my goals.

That I can do it and I'm in and out in one hour. Love the coaches--Jamie and Aitana. Prefer the 2G classes, not a fan of 3G, almost thought of resigning, glad they went back to 2G.
Convenient location and times for later in the day and after work.
Important for me to be able to modify exercises as I'm 60+ and Jamie and Aitana always show modifications when we're on the floor. I also love that I am not uncomfortable often being the oldest in the class.
The couches at this location are excellent.
Amazing people at the studio, but the equipment (especially the treadmills) need to be updated.

Absolutely love the workout and the OTF community! Only things I would recommend are: (1) more classes and (2) allow a way to be able to connect apple watches to the heart rate monitor systems (with a flat fee when you join OTF). Requiring members to buy a separate OTF heart rate monitor to use the system is super outdated with today’s technology. Otherwise, the coaches and staff are amazing and the workouts are challenging!

Love the pace + how closely the trainers monitor form + how the workouts differ each time so it’s not boring.
Low impact options. Cardio and weights. Burns calories. Constantly changing so workouts don’t get stale.
Holds me accountable, great community, fabulous full body workout in 60 mins!
I love going to OTF 3-4 mornings per week. It’s a huge part of my mental health regime and I am so much stronger!

Love the energy and the cues. The front desk staff is genuinely friendly, and notably takes extra effort to keep the studio clean.
It is a full body workout with cardio and weights. I don’t have to worry about motivating myself or making sure I’m working our hard enough. Most importantly the current slate of coaches are great and special shout out to Angie.
