What do you like about our workout?

The workout is fun, challenging, efficient, and independent. The coaches are great - supportive, friendly, upbeat, and consistently improve with training and comfort.

The studio is too expensive for the class times available. The other OTF studios for the same price (and less) have many more class times available.

I would prefer to see less changes in the studio to help support a routine, which I find important to going to the gym.

It’s challenging but the staff also respect what you are capable of handling and never make you feel bad for going at the pace or weight you need.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that each day is different and each workout pushes me in a different way. I think Anthony is a great coach and his playlists are awesome!

One thing I have a problem with is the 8 hour cancellation policy. I was sick recently and had to cancel. I think as a member for over a year and a half, I shouldn’t have a class taken away because I didn’t feel well enough to do to class.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the workout, the coaches and the SAs at Cleveland park! My only feedback would be to get more sets of medicine balls. Right now you are stuck with whatever one is at your station because there aren’t any extras, which ruins the workout if you don’t end up with the right weight

What do you like about our workout?

Jaime is my favorite instructor. I prefer early morning classes but since he only does afternoons and evenings I suck it up and go. He should do an early morning weekday class, great energy to start the day.

What do you like about our workout?

This workout suits me well. I appreciate the demonstrations and corrections from coaches (so I don’t injure myself), and I love not having to plan my own workouts. The class format keeps me accountable. I walk to and from the studio, and the walk home with a post-exercise mind is usually a highlight in my day.

What do you like about our workout?

I love Orangetheory! I think it’s a complete and quick one hour exercise. Coaches and staff are great, they always check how you are doing! There are many activities and challenges!

I love how I feel after a workout, especially on power days. It’s when I burn the most calories and splat points. The instructors are awesome in every way!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how every day I am challenged in new ways- the workouts never feel stale or boring. The coaches are great- keeping the atmosphere upbeat and supportive rather than aggressive and competitive. I love that the person I'm competing against is myself! I've really seen consistent improvements in myself since I started (a mere 3 months ago): steadily increasing my base pace, rowing wattage, and amount of weight- all without injuring myself, which was happening regularly when I was trying to work out on my own. At the same time I love the atmosphere of keeping up with my neighbors. I feel a lot of satisfaction when I'm in the orange zone and my neighbor is still green, even though I'm running several mph less than they are. Definitely helps meet my competitiveness nature without making me feel defeated since I'm getting back in shape and can't do the weights, speeds, or watts that I used to be able to do. I'm definitely hooked on Orangetheory!
