Even though there are the same three areas (rowing, treadmill, weights) the classes really do change and keep you interested. Everyone at the studio has been super nice and helpful. The instructors are wonderful as well!

Instructors are fun and encouraging, great music to get you pumped, and it’s judgement free. Most importantly your’re hitting all the workout areas: cardio, weights, etc.
How I feel after and not having to figure out on my own what to do. I also feel like I push myself super hard which is something I could never do on my own or at a regular gym. Its kind of like having a personal trainer.

I love the mixture of variety and consistency. I also really love the community. While most of the coaches I know are gone, the staff and coaches are so wonderful. I like that there are incentives to go and that it is still fun to go to even after all these years.

I truly love OTF, and I’ve seen tremendous results. I will say I wish there could be more morning (Total body or full body) workouts. Those have been really beneficial for me. Overall I am satisfied with the services and I love the coaches! I look forward to some complimentary water bottles and shirts in the future lol.
I like Julie’s class. She is very dynamic and attentive. You can tell she pays attention to you and she's always supportive. She's the only reason why I'm still going because frankly, I don't like OT and how it works.
The price rise without explanation or warning it's infuriating; the 5 min tolerance is absurd for the price we pay and for not having a parking lot, I'm a mother and depend on a person to stay with my child so I can attend the classes, I can’t just “get out earlier”. In the OT system, I don't feel seen as a person and I am very frustrated with the patronizing OT communicates.

I like the variety of the experience. A 60 minute workout can get dull very quickly, but OTF keeps things dynamic.
Positive energy, number's monitoring, cleanness.
LOVE the coaches. Friendly but not too friendly, matter of fact in their instruction without being drill sergeants. Makes all the difference.

Benchmarks, consistency
OTF fits my approach in that I tend to overdo workouts. Being constantly connected to my heart rate, I'm less likely to push too hard too soon meaning I can work out for the full hour.

I haven’t been a regular in a while. But I have always enjoyed the coaches. Coach J is great. Love his energy.
In terms of OTF in general, I really enjoy how structured it is. I enjoy that I don’t have to think at all. I’m not a fitness person and don’t want to become one. Your structure enables me to get what I can obviously FEEL is a great workout without doing any critical thinking.
That I can see how many calories I burn and that it’s a visual challenge to get into orange and red zones

I love the variety of workouts. Left to my own devices, I tend to get into ruts of what’s familiar and convenient. My OTF workouts ensure that I’m going to get a variety of exercises and that my whole body is getting some degree of attention. I’m also a total introvert and don’t go to the gym to meet people, but at the same time I love the community of the OTF gym — the encouraging coaches and the classmates who are in it together.
