Motivering and fun!
The workouts are different each day and the coaches motivate you to reach your full potential. I’ve been a member since 2019. I am on my 602 class.
It’s something different everyday! The coaches help make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and they continue to motivate you throughout the class!

I am never bored at Orange Theory! Every workout if different which keeps things interesting. I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. The coaches are supportive and keep things fun. The music is great, too!

The running and intensity of it.
I returned recently and the staff is awesome. So friendly and welcoming, both in person and on the phone. I’ve had the manager, Mo, as an instructor and he’s excellent. Ralph is excellent, too. They’re both so upbeat, motivating, and fun - and play awesome music for their workout sessions! So happy I’m back at OT!
Full body HIIT
I like that the classes are split up into groups (2G or 3G) so you’re not doing the same thing for the entire class - you’re always moving around. The coaches are super motivating, the staff is friendly and great, the music is always high energy, and the workout templates are challenging but always make you feel good after class.

It’s a combination of things - the front desk staff, the coaches, the members and of course the workout! I do wish that some money would be put into the studio by way of new equipment. Many studios have gotten new treadmills and a monitor for the rowers. We all enjoy the studio but it is evident that very little money is invested in keeping it up to date.
The monitored, group workout is a great format for me (rather than a self directed workout).
The workouts "share" a trainer, which is way more efficient than having your own trainer (and less expensive!).
Being able to see my effort / physical stress level on the monitor is wonderful, and lets me dial my workouts up or down.
Upbeat music, every workout is different, motivation through group participation.
The team is wonderful! The workouts the best! Can’t think of working out any other way!

Very supportive and friendly environment. Trainers go out of their way to modify exercises based on an individual’s specific ability/constraints (ie they don’t assume everyone can do the standard exercise).
The coaches and motivation they provide really pushes you to get a great workout everytime . The encouraging environment Orange Theory has is like no other !
