Great coaches!!!
The best 1 hour of my day! Classes are high energy and fun! Everyone is cheering each other on and encouraging one another no matter what level of fitness you are at you will feel awesome once the class is over ! The coaches are the best in the industry, sharing their knowledge and guidance throughout the class , even better when they join a class your in !

It covers all the bases… weights, cardio…different all the time even if you can make it 7 days a week!
The last thing I want when I work out is to decide how to go about a workout regimen. OT takes the burden of an individual workout off my hands. At the end of the hour, I feel I have done my best and I have the results to show it. I am not an exercise fanatic and often not enthusiastic about showing up after work for an hour of physical exertion on top of the mental exertion from a stressful workday. But at the end, i am always happy that I showed up.
I enjoy the pace and appreciate the instructor's stated goal for each workout at the start of every session. On my own, I would be at a loss and lack the discipline to maximize my efforts.
Never have I ever been able to accomplish so much on my own. Best workout ever plus having so much love and support.
This workout is great because there's tangible progress that you can track right in the app. The membership structure also positively forces you to plan your weekly schedule as opposed to other "drop-in" type fitness classes that can easily be skipped when schedules are tight.

I love OTF Danbury - we don’t live super close so I have tried switching to closer gyms but always end up back at OTF. I feel encouraged and pushed and never bored. Appreciate all the coaches especially Sara & Joe!

I like how you are in a group setting, and even though you are all doing the same circuit, everyone goes at their own pace -so you never feel like you have to rush to catch up. I also like how one is able to monitor their progress via the screen. the coaches are also super helpful, but don't single you out in case you need correction -they encourage you!

I like the group aspect and the energy and motivation it provides. I like the coaching when they give you pause to try for more and keep persevering. I like the variety in workouts and the positive energy. I enjoy music as an escape and to help pace the workouts.

Greatest workout I’ve ever had. Having a coach guide you and motivate you is helps set it apart.
Like the diversity of workouts; for example focus on strength, endurance, etc… coaches are generally very motivating (Kiana at OTF is phenomenal), and options to take classes in other locations.
I wish there would be more strength training for arms, chest and back. There is too much focus lately on cardio and legs. need more upper body focus.

I specifically LOVE the coaches (Max and Annie) at the Darien studio. They make class so fun, put an extra effort in to getting to know their members and really challenge me to push harder and lift heavier!
