Just everything. I wasn’t working out for months (ok maybe years). I gained some weight and got so out of shape. I went to my first class and fell in love! I signed up that day. Any level of fitness you’re at, you can do it! If I can do it, you can! So far I have only had Cassie and Shay and they were both amazing! I have tried working out in a gym alone, cycling but this is by far the best. They make 1st timers feel comfortable and so do the other people taking the class! Today my neighbor said to me , good job, you did great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
The workouts are tailored for all fitness levels and there is always room for personal improvement by lifting heavier weights/ going faster on the treadmill. The workouts are often the best 60 minutes of my day!!

OTF coaches and staff are great. Super motivating and ensure that I do exercises properly. I also love the music selection. I like the benchmarks that hold me accountable. I know that core work is involved in the exercises but I wish there were more focus on core. I’d also like more TRX exercises. Overall it’s great and I continue to share positive feedback with friends.
I love the focus on technique while doing challenging exercises. The coordination of of moving from the treds to rower or through the weights is done well, really breaks up the workout in a way that I felt I could still keep pushing and not burn out and actually give each segment my all! Coach Andrew was great!

I love the upbeat community atmosphere at OTF. Instructors are motivating, music is awesome and everyone in the class is supportive. The workout is always diversified and it goes quickly because you are changing stations and adding cardio w weights. I always feel like I got a complete workout in a fairly short time. So happy I joined OTF!

I love the variety, and the fact that I can customize the workouts so I can challenge myself but avoid injury. You can tailor it whether you are a super-fit 20-something or (like me) a striving 60-something. OTF has added significantly to my quality of life - I feel fitter, stronger and more energetic than I did 10 years ago - and I believe it will also help me live longer and stay in better shape. Highly recommend - and I've always been one of the world's least athletic people. Booking early, so you have to commit, and then just turning up to have someone yell instructions at you (in the nicest possible way) works for me.

I like that the coaches are helpful, friendly, motivating and positive. I appreciate that they know me, my goals and my likes and dislikes. After 5 years of being a member, they still offer me corrections and modifications, which is awesome and helpful.
I like the darkness of the studio, the music (most of the time), and that it's an hour.
Oh! I also really like Lift classes. When I was doing them religiously in the summer, I saw and felt big changes in my body. (now I'm getting lazy again, so there's that)
