I've been coming to OTF Milford for 4 Years - there isn't anything I do not like about the classes - the music, the coaches, the other members and the workouts change everyday!
Workout are fun and the hour goes by quickly! I need to be pushed and this is exactly the workout I need. Having others push you helps me push myself! The coaches are also amazing and make it fun!

I love Stamford-WestSide. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The energy and the people motivate me to keep going and moving forward. The variety of workouts are nice. It's usually fast-paced and super different each time. But the stand out is the family that OTF Stamford WestSide creates.
Cassie cares about so much more than just did you show up. She is kind, energic, and truly the backbone of WestSide. Everyone does creative things to make the challenges more exciting. We are more than a gym. We are a community of people who bond over a shared commitment to valuing our bodies and mental health. Cassie helps start, continue and cultivate that atmosphere. She is the true embodiment of a Head Coach.
Shay... what else is there to say about Shay? She is great. She has the best theme classes and comes with the energy. And of course won Employee of the Month. Shay is not only one of my favorite coaches, she is one of my favorite people. I freaking love her so much. She pushes you and motivates you in the best way.
Lizzie is an artistic genius badass manager who helps drive this unruly ship. She is so freaking nice and knows everyone's names. I love all the front desk crew members: Frankie <3, Alex, Mackenzie, Siobhan, and all the new friends and faces add to the collective.
It is challenging! Also Chelsea and Chris are always so encouraging and supportive!
It’s fun, challenging and always keeps me on my toes. I feel and see the results when I go consistently.
The Variety.
I like that I don’t have to plan anything. The workouts are well balanced if you do them more than once a week, and the coaches are motivating.

I like that it is always changing. The coaches make it fun and competitive!
I like that a coach guides the class and calls out names. I also like the coach pays attention to the group and helps members when they are not in the correct form/doing the workout wrong. Finally, I enjoy that the class isn’t a “social event” like most gyms when you run into people. I feel really good after the workout, definitely feel the soreness a day later and it reminds me of how much work I put into the workout!
It varies, it is challenging but there is no "shaming" and no pressure. The three instructors I've had so far are all wonderful. I love the feedback from the monitors and feel like this is something I will stick with.
I love the variety in every class; the music (especially when it's up tempo); working out in intervals; using the med ball with the rower; plyometric exercises; base, push, all out intervals; variety with the floor work; timed exercises on the floor. The knowledgeable coaches and the great staff.
I love everything about your workouts. For one, every workout is different and is based on a different template. One day, can focus on strength. Another day, could just focus on endurance or power. Some days, the templates are a combination of all three. I also love how our coaches explain the science behind everything involved in the workout. It is such a supportive community and I’m very lucky to be a part of it.

Gets the job done! You leave feeling sweaty and spent, as if you have nothing left to give.
Workouts are intense. I used to do CrossFit and the WOD typically goes for about 20 minutes. The rest is technique, lifts, and stretching at the end. I love CrossFit but this is amazing for burning fat as the HIIT is approximately 60 minutes long. Also all the coaches at this location have been awesome. Cool people too!

I love that the workouts are always different and challenging. Plus the coaches always have modifications if you have an injury!
I have always enjoyed boot camp style workouts. This gets all the muscle groups and has totally improved my cardio. The benchmarks push me to keep getting better. The coaches are all amazing and correct your form when needed. I definitely talk about OT to all my patients. They all ask where I get all my energy from and I tell them how my day starts at 5 am with an hour workout. I am 55 and will continue to workout at OT. Keep making the workouts challenging but doable!

I love how I can actually see and feel the effort and work I’m putting into each class. When I’m at Orange Theory, the coaches and people are so supportive, friendly, and encouraging. They push me to put in my very best for each workout and hold me to high standards, sometimes higher than I, myself have. I have noticed such a difference in the way I look and feel since going to Orange Theory. It truly is the best workout out there!
