The efficiency
The running is challenging with a mix of speed work and hills. Makes you a better runner. Also coach Ralph has great energy and his smile and high fives keep you going throughout the class !

I love how I can challenge myself in the OTF classes. Ive noticed a difference in my endurance and strength since starting. The coaches are all extremely helpful and ensure proper form on the floor to avoid injury. Also, encouraged me to lift heavier when needed which is something Ive struggled with.

I am so glad that I tried OT last May! I love the energy in the studio and the workouts. I started off having to powerwalk. Now I run the whole class. Burning between 700 and 900 cal! Amazing! Keep up the great work, Annie, Max and Krista!
I like the variety of movements, the music, the atmosphere and the changing workout themes - endurance, strength and power. The coaches all seem very knowledgable and motivating. Especially when I am not in the mood to workout, it gives me the motivation and direction I need.

I love Orange Theory Fitness. It is the best workout. Every day is different and challenging. The Westport studio is great. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming especially Nate, Jade & Eliza. The instructors are awesome! I especially like Adrian's classes. He plays the best music and keeps you motivated throughout the workout.
I love the Orangetheory workout because the staff are all so welcoming and helpful. From the moment you walk in the door, they make an active effort to greet you and know your name. The workout not only helps you achieve your physical fitness goals, but I also always feel positive and refreshed after leaving. I've tried a regular gym before and it just comes nowhere close to the full experience you get at Orangetheory with the motivational coaches, fun music, and rewarding workouts.
