I haven’t felt this enthusiastic about my fitness journey in years. I walk into OTF and every class I try to do one thing just a little harder than the last time. What’s more, the coaches notice - when I try a heavier weight or run a little faster, they recognize my hard work on the spot, so I feel like I’m not just another person at the gym. Three months into my time at OTF I feel even more motivated than the day I arrived.

I’ve been fortunate to participate in so many Orange Theory workout classes, and I can’t say enough about the dedication and hard work of the coaches. These classes have truly transformed my fitness journey. The coaches go above and beyond to motivate and guide us, creating an incredibly supportive environment. Their passion for what they do is evident in every session, and it’s contagious!

I like the heart rate monitor. Also it's more intense then the cardio workouts I do on my own! I also like socializing and the supportive staff!

I like that it changes every day, and that I get a great workout without having to come up with it myself like I would at another gym. Decision fatigue is real, and I love knowing that whatever we do at OT, it will start my day off well.
I also like that the coaches are helpful about offering options. It's all about sustainability for me, keeping myself injury free so I can keep going.

It’s organized and timely and is a full body workout. I know I’m pushing myself when I do an orange theory class.
Variety of workouts
The change of pace. I like that you hit a bit of everything (cardio and weights).
I love everything from the coaches to the drive to succeed that is impressed upon us. I don't feel stupid asking questions or needing a new exercise due to restrictions either physically or mentally either.
Ability to push yourself pretty hard with cardio and also (hopefully, still early stages) get stronger.
Fun, challenging variety
I took the Strength 50 workout for the 1st time with Allyson. She does a great job of watching form and correcting it so I was safely doing the exercise. Her music was upbeat and made the time go by.
Always different.
I get both cardio and weight training in my workouts. Also a 5 am class.
I like that it is an effective and efficient whole body workout and that the class format encourages everyone to work hard to improve but in a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere.
