I have really loved Orange Theory! It is very structured and the coaches push you and support you in all the classes. I really enjoy the station aspect of orange theory because it helps each section go by so fast. I never regret coming to class. I always release so many feel good chemicals from after each class. Signing up was one of the best choices I’ve made!
OTF provides a motivating environment to become your best self. The coaches push you to be your best while providing recommendations if you have any physical limitations. The music makes it more fun and most of all the energy in the room makes you crave returning day after day!

It's fun and moving from station to station makes time go by quickly. The instructors are energetic and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great workout!
The best staff ever... and I get a great workout. I love that the staff takes time to correct form and check in ... especially after I had an injury. Playlists are always upbeat and fun too
I liked that the workout was challenging. I felt like I had a hard work out, and I liked the feedback of the heartrate, calories burned, etc.

Orangetheory Reston has literally changed my life. It is has became my second home and has really helped me stay on track with my fitness and my health overall. The coaches and SAs are always there to support you and they have became my other family as well. I would highly suggest if you are struggling to find a consistent workout program and want to stay on the healthier track with lots of love and support surrounding you at your gym than I would join Orangetheory.

Workouts at OTF are what I need to balance a little strength and full body with cardio conditioning. I feel amazing after a workout even though I’m completely drained. It gives me what I need to balance my endurance runs and push my pace. The benefits come very quickly and the results are astounding. I absolutely attribute OTF to helping me drop over a minute off of my mile pace on my 10K and half marathon. Happy to be back and looking forward to the same results.

Scalability’s
I enjoy all of the instructors who motivate me as well as the exercise routines.
Orangetheory is the only full body workout that allows you the flexibility to reach your own fitness goals! The workouts allow anyone to modify the exercise to match your own mobility or fitness levels. I've tried other group workouts and large chains and this one is the best of them all.

Motivating coaches and templates.
Variation in workouts, combination of cardio + strength training, the coaches, the music, and the heart rate monitor and seeing it on a screen.
The work out is great. The music can just be a tad loud for me. But some people may like that.
I like that I get it all done in 1 hour. The coaches are very inspiring. And I like the community aspect of it too.
