OTF offers lots of different class times to choose from daily. I go three to four times per week because of the variety of strength training and cardio available in one hour. I've found the instructors to be helpful, enthusiastic, organized and focused on the wellbeing of the class participants (and offer suggestions for modifications for those students with injuries or limits on their physical capabilities). Facility is in good condition with working equipment, a clean environment and lots of fans to keep the air comfortable. Location is convenient to my home and parking is ample. Music is USUALLY good and puts me in a good mood!!!
Workouts are the appropriate level of intensity and variety. I'm still fairly new to OTF and continue to learn new exercises or movements, which keeps things fresh. I'm working to push myself more now that I have a base level of comfort with the HIIT process. Also love the group dynamics and how instructors work at times to reinforce the sense of teamwork - we're all in it to improve ourselves!
