I love that I can get a complete body workout in one hour. I love that I can challenge myself as much as I want in a safe, clean and encouraging environment. The coaches at Main Street are all top notch and invested in the experience of all of their members.

I burn a lot of calories in the one-hour workout. Even better, there's no judgement: everybody is focused on their own workout and no-one cares if I'm lifting a 10-lb or 20-lb. weight or running at 4.0 or 5.0 on the treadmill. Further--and I don't know how they do it--the coaches are always there to correct my exercise form (in a friendly, helpful manner). finally, I've also made friends there.

Love the intense of the workout every time. The coaches are friendly and very energetic. For class hours, since I can't meet most of weekdays hours, I take weekend classes. Hopefully more nighters are there to open up more classes.

Structure and inspiration
The workouts are challenging. The coaches are available for feedback in terms of how one does the exercise. The staff is friendly.
The instructors are super motivating, music is excellent and the workouts push you in a positive direction!

Every day the routine is different, challenging, and adaptable. The coaches are encouraging and personable, and like in the show Cheers, they know your name. The studio is a place where I strength my muscles, expand my capacity for movement and exertion, and increase confidence in my ability to thrive.
