I love the variety and the moves that are very focused. I also like the challenges that keep me short-time focused. If I am told to run for 25 min, I'd walk away. But I have been able to achieve that with short focused changes and efforts.

The Variety
Love how in 60 minutes you have worked your entire body. No excuses as you are accountable to no one but yourself ….. and the tv screen shows by color if you are cheating yourself. Coaches are amazing.

Efficient, effective, fast paced with varied exercises.
I love everything about Orange Theory. Pre-pandemic I was in studio 5 to 6 times a week. I got healthier, stronger, faster, lost weight, and increased my endurance. Correspondingly my clothes fit (better). Probably the best I'd felt in more than 20 years.
Tried coming back for some mask classes but it was too much. So for the past 2.5 years I've done nothing at all. Finally got off my sofa and came back on August 1st. Took another class today. Still a little sore but it's great to be back. Looking forward to being able to handle my earlier class load from before.
It's fun! And I sweat. And I can see and feel myself improving.
