The instructors are the best! Jess corrects my form on the floor and is very motivating. Mindless exercise due to the prompting which in today's world is much appreciated for some me time as a Mother.

Constant and easy-to-follow
Challenging workouts but encouraging coaches! I love the TVs that walk you through the motions of each workout. Perfect time to burn and then move on. I love the combo exercises but especially the stretching included in each workout
There are so many things I like about OT's workout. Here's a list:

2. soundtrack
3. coaches are non-judgemental and helpful

I love the coaches, equipment and music. I get a great workout and push myself much more than I would on my own in a gym. I so appreciate the coaches. They are all enthusiastic and encouraging. They provide needed guidance on techniques to both groups and individuals. I find it very helpful to see my heart rate and the splats I’ve earned throughout the workouts. In the six months I’ve attended, I’ve lost weight and increased my strength, endurance and balance.
I like the variety and the fact that it is an instructor lead work out. Additionally, I like that it's one hour and when you sign up - it is a way to hold yourself accountable, no one wants to pay the xtra $12.
I love the structure and variety of the workouts as well as the positive, can-do attitude of the coaches, who never tire of motivating and encouraging class participants. In the 2+ years that I have been a member, I have made a lot of progress - even my doctor was astonished at my much-improved heart rate! Classes are offered daily at times that accommodate most people, which is a must for those of us with tight work schedules. I can't say enough about Orange Theory Fitness - the program rocks!

All the workouts are excellent because the full body experience; cardio, weights and strength which I love. To add, coaches and entire team at Lakebarcroft encourage you to do your best.
The music gets me pumped and motivated.
I like when the floor workouts are not focused primarily on glute/butt/thighs... I get enough leg exercise on the rower and the tread. I wish the floor workouts focused more on core, abs, chest and arms.
Newer facility, like the layout and staff
It’s keeps me motivated and I feel like I’ve accomplished something at the end. I get bored in other types of exercise classes but not at OT.
