The coaches at the Mclean studio - especially Addison and Ben - are two of the best in the country. I travel extensively for work and love that I can do OT workouts wherever work takes me and so I’ve seen coaches in at least 15 others cities. So when I say Addison and Ben are among the best, it’s based on significant experience.

I like so many things! The weight lifting component is TERRIFIC! I’m a runner/swimmer and feel very confident about cardio, but need guidance for weight training. I like the exercises and the variety of equipment used for conditioning. I also love the times offered for classes, the cleanliness of the studio, the music in the classes, the options from coaches to modify moves (depending on fitness level or injury) and the friendliness of the non-coaching staff. Finally, I appreciate the app/ability to schedule classes ahead of time and book them on my calendar. Think OTF can be used by many people of different ages and fitness levels!!!

Unfortunately, I carried a misconception about Orange Theory for too long! I believed that in order to participate in OTF, I would need to be in better shape before I could even think about joining. Whenever I heard people talk about OTF, I would hear them describe how hard it was. While the workouts are NOT easy, I've discovered that any fitness level can do OTF. I like that this program can lead me into my 60's, 70's and 80's and be sustainable!
I love the sense of community and the tremendous support and encouragement from coaches at the Leesburg OTF. I look forward to coming in and working hard, with people who have become my friends, to achieve my health goals.

Other than the extremely convenient location, Corey is an awesome, high energy coach that really helps get the blood pumping early every Sunday morning.
I burn a ton of calories and the workouts are fun!
OTF is a great product. The variety is important for me and weights/speeds can be adjusted as needed to account for exercise load. The coaching at the Vienna location is good but has been better in the past.
I like it all. The coaches. The variety. The metrics. The results. The feeling that I am adding to both health and strength.
It's well rounded and covers every aspect that makes it a full workout. It's fun and non-stop exercising. Love it!!!
Pushes me to do my best while making sure that I am maintaining proper form in order to avoid injury!
I love the workouts and how they challenge me. If I feel sore, I can still workout and modify my routine so that I can still stay active and recover. I also love how I feel challenged and that competitive nature in me can be ignited. I'm excited about this transformation challenge and can't wait to start!
Amazing staff, supportive, and informative.
Variety in the workouts - I'm not a fan of running in general and especially on the treadmill but the different workout types - Endurance, Power, Strength and the variety in each type keep in interesting. Same with floor and row - the different approaches and types of exercise keeps it interesting.
The coaches at OTF Sterling are helpful, inspirational, and knowledgeable.
I love the encouragement from the coaches, especially Katie and Jenna. Fun music. Positive attitude and zero shaming for those of us who can't (yet) do some of the full exercises.
Coach directed, good variety, non stop work. Staci seems to believe in what she does.
