It's hard but I can go at my own pace and the coaches are great!
There should be validated parking at the garages nearby. Each gym I’ve been to in the area validates a specific garage and it comes down to $2.00. The garages here cause you to pay up to $8.00. Recommend validating because street parking is very hard to come by. The workouts are varied and great to get your heart rate up. It’s nice to start the day off with a great workout and a sweat, brings me in a better mood I’ve noticed. Thanks.

I really like that I a can get a total body workout in before work and not have to decide exactly what I'm doing that each day. I push myself harder at OtF than in self-directed workouts. Also, Katie is fantastic! I love going to her sessions and wish I could fit more of them into my schedule.

The coaches are amazing!! They encourage you, explain why the workout is so hard, how it will help you now and in the future, and correct form on the floor! They do all of this while clearly explaining the class template and guiding us through the workout!

The workouts have a variety of exercises on different stations (treadmill, rower, and free weights) so you get the best of everything which makes us stronger and more physically capable. I love that there’s a coach to ensure my form is on point and to correct me if I’m doing it wrong to prevent injuries. The coaches also give you motivation and encouragement which helps us to continually improve. Along with that are milestones (mostly on the treadmill and rower) to test you and show you how you’ve improved. I also like the different fitness zones (base, push, all out) which I’d never do on my own, and being able to track how this affect my body in real time using a heart rate monitor is terrific. The monitor also shows you how you’ve improved over time as your recovery times between the exercise types decreases, which means you need to increase intensity to get your desired results, whether it be strength or splat points.

I love OTF! If I'm going to get up early and get a workout in, I need it to be worth my time, and I am guaranteed to get that from OTF (in fact my hour there is likely to be the most productive hour I spend all day ha). Appreciate the constantly varying workouts and the consistently fantastic staff that carries them out. Specific shoutouts to Morgan and Katie--both are absolute masters at their jobs!--I've had one workout so far with Guy and he was very good as well; also to the new young lady that works in the mornings (very cool that she works so hard to remember our preferences and set us up each morning where we like).
My only suggested area for improvement, I think it would be cool if OTF had a continuously-available feedback mechanism, like a virtual suggestion box (Suggestion Ox provides a QR code that pulls up a feedback form) for those times where we might want to provide real-time feedback about specific things. For those rare times that I thought the instructions accompanying a workout needed clarification, or in the rare event there was an issue with the staff or a safety issue, would be cool to be able to provide that real-time.

Love this place! All the coaches are awesome and each bring their own unique energy to every class. The variety is great and the results are amazing!
