I have been slacking recently with going because of the holidays but I love the amount of calories I burn and fun atmosphere this OTF has.
Very laid back and always willing to talk to you and ask how life is or how the family is doing! Coaches are amazing and front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I've been a big fan of OTF since 2018. I'm a former personal trainer and a board certified health coach. I love the balance of strength and cardio and that I can just put my head down and do the work. Also, love the coaches at Kingstowne! 6:15am Shannon gets a big shout out - great motivator and coach.
Variety and music
OTF workouts are fun and challenging and they are an uplifting escape that helps manage stress. I also look and feel stronger. I’m encouraged knowing what I’m doing will have results. Everyone at OTF is welcoming and the coaches bring encouragement and motivation.

Great coaching staff that keeps you motivated during workouts and to come back for the next. Clean and modern facilities and equipment. And the HIIT workout across rowers, floor exercises with weights and core, and treadmill is exactly what I want.

I like that for every minute of the workout, the coach is calling the shots. I walk in, and for the full 60, I can work toward the goals the coach calls out. I don't have to plan or make up the workout.
I also like the energy everyone brings to the OTF workouts! It's a challenging workout and there's nothing better than to be in a room with a bunch of other people struggling for our goals and encouraging one another to higher performance.

Variety of exercises
Variety. Energy. The heartrate color code, splats on display...a marketing ploy for sure, but somehow very motivating.
I like the mix of exercises and options for different levels of ability. I appreciate the friendly and very helpful team there. I also like the strength focused classes on the schedule and that - apparently- the partner workouts have been discontinued (I like just focusing on my own workouts and not feeling like I might let a partner I don’t know down). It’s a great location and a clean, well-equipped studio. One observation I have had is sometimes I can’t understand the instructor clearly, maybe the mic is too close to their mouth?? But it could be my problem only.

The instructors are great and really keep you motivated to push yourself to the next level -- at your pace! I also really like the diversity of the workouts so you never get bored.
