I like the variety of exercises. It really feels like a whole-body workout. Plus, the coaches are all very encouraging and motivate me to work hard! The music is usually rocking, too!
The 3 stations make the workout go by fast at a great intensity. My workouts on my own are not at the same level.
Excellent way to get a full body workout in 60-90 minutes, every class feels rewarding by the end of it. The coaches do a great job of making sure we’re pushing ourselves as much as we can and provide guidance to get the most out of our workouts. The variation between the tread, rower, and floor exercises ensures you’re always on your toes, and makes it so you never fatigue one part of the body for too long. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a guided workout class with a focus on cardio.

Love love love the k-town crew. I live smack dab in between four studios and bee-boop around all of them. Hands. Down. K-town has the best most fun easy going vibe, and that’s because of their manager, liz. I’ve taken 1000 classes (actually 989 at this point) and I’ve never had a better coach than Coach Jo. Shes down right made for this. I need brownie badges for all of the locations I’ve been to, but Chris music is the. Eat. Forget about the professional DJ ((Aioki??)we had to endure for that year. Chris is way better. Rosie is probably one of the sweetest and coolest chick around town. Her confidence has grown so much over the last year. I’m proud of how far she’s come and how amazing she is at correcting with confidence. Way to go Rosie!! Let’s not forget about the amazing front desk staff. Steph treats me like I’m her BFF. She knows where I like to start and always genuinely loves to know how I’m doing. Whatever k-town is doing, they are doing it right. Love love love my peeps. -Leesa
I like OTF workouts because they are challenging, always different, and fun to do.
Good playlist. Coaches explain the classes well. I do wish they had more 90 minute classes.
