The workouts are varied enough to not become boring, and the group setting is very motivating. I also really enjoy the music selection played throughout the workout. It really revs me up.
Great full body workout. I love that I can get my cardio and strength training in during a class. The workouts and heart rate monitor push me to get a good burn. Music was a vibe and the instructor energetic and attentive during the entire class.
I like that the workouts are different every day, that the coaches and other members are supportive, well-rounded overall good workout.
