The instructors are really good - they check your form, they encourage you and they're invested in your success. I like that each exercise is at your own pace - you're not required to keep pace with the instructor. I like that there is weight training and cardio training in the same workout.

I like the whole-body nature of the workout, but also the different workout templates that keep the workout fresh. The coaches are very motivating as well, to push you to giving your best.

I love the music, coaches’ enthusiasm, equipment and workout templates. I appreciate when the coaches advise me on my form or push me to challenge myself more. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight (25 pounds) and gained strength in a year of going to OFT four times a week.
Coach Emma is a phenomenal coach who empowers her athletes and provides a safe environment to have fun and push yourself in the workout. She does a great job at building community within the workout and creates opportunity to develop friendships with other athletes through the shared experience of the workout.

I like the culture and the community. I like that the workout is very challenging.
They are organized, interesting, and motivating. The community is welcoming and encouraging. The staff members are all friendly and knowledgeable.
At my age, I completed the workout and love the orange reading scale. It kept me motivated. I liked that no one was pressuring me to complete it so more than I felt I could. I was able to do all the exercises and look forward to doing better and better.
Each workout is different, and the coaches keep an eye on you to ensure you do the exercises properly and safely providing essential guidance. I have become stronger and nimbler, and their focus on balance and range of motion has notably improved my ability to perform everyday functions. The music helps you screen out worldly distractions. And, everyone is friendly in this diverse, multigenerational studio of coaches and customers.
Everything—. The music is a big motivator— as well as the fabulous coaches. I like the session broken up into thirds. I love that it’s different every day. Different exercises- different goals. (I’m old)— I so wish I had orange theory many years ago!
This location is great. Morgan in particular is a great instructor. She manages the class well and takes the time to show you how to correct your form if it needs work.
I like that it’s different every time. I like the special workouts too (Catch me if you can, Capture the flag, etc). And Love the coaches too!

Very welcoming staff
The size of the class and trainer. The trainer was understanding. It was our first time and Everett was patient and even told us to come a little early for our next class so he could walk us slowly through what to do for each workout so we wouldn't feel intimidated. He made us feel comfortable.
