I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy Shannon’s 6:15am Tuesday morning classes. As a 48 year old, I find OT really hard and I despise running. However, Shannon is so awesome at distracting me with stories, trivia, social commentary, singing and jokes, I look forward to waking up at 5am. Her class is like a party, it’s fun! She involves the participants, I feel like I’m part of a community as opposed to a paying customer of physical torture. I love all your instructors, they each have something special to offer. Laura is kind and engaging as well as both of the Joe’s. Everyone at the Burke location has made my experience so much better than the time I spent in South Riding, VA, but Shannon is your shining star, and the best fitness instructor/cheerleader in the business.

I like that all the coaches are welcoming and encouraging. Also the other members are as well. No one makes you feel bad about yourself but instead builds you up making you want to keep coming back. I like the variety in the workout and being able to get cardio and weight training. I’m so glad we joined OTF!
The community feel yet independent workouts.
I am able to modify for an injury. I push as hard as I need to stay in zones.
Normal classes everyone is set the same and/or you don't know how hard to push yourself.
Plus all the staff and coaches are very welcoming.
I've worked out at various fitness studios in the area and OTF is consistently up there with the best. The variety in each workout minimizes the likelihood of it ever becoming "boring". They also continue to evolve their class offerings if you want to focus in a certain area (Lift or more recently Tread focused classes). The community aspect of OTF Leesburg also unique for the area, lots of friendships and relationships seem to begin here. The positive energy in the lobby and studio are also top notch! Highly recommend!
Varied challenging and supportive.
Orangetheory is the only workout I have been able to do consistently for 4 years. The workouts are challenging but doable and easy to find alternatives if someone is hurting. The coaches are awesome and you form bonds with them and the other patrons. it is a cult but the best kind :) Best decision I ever made.
I have invested in several gyms before, only to find myself not attending regularly. The cost of a personal trainer can be high, and many gyms lack consistent group classes. At Orangetheory, I appreciate having a coach guide me through workouts. Witnessing others dedicated to early morning or late evening sessions inspires me to stay committed to staying in shape!
Everything! The positivity of the coaches and structure of the classes make it moth fun and challenging.

The trainers at OTF Bristow are amazing, high energy and fun. And they give me just enough push to keep getting stronger and more fit. In addition, I love my fellow classmates (5AM class) as they are encouraging and help keep me accountable by reaching out if they haven't seen me in a few days. Classmates are also very friendly and welcoming. The workouts are as intense as you want to make them. Research shows that there are three keys to long term fitness and they are data, gamification, and social/friends. OTF has it all. The data on the app is very motivating and there are many special workouts and benchmarks that ensure variety and fun. Also, I love that I have to make no decisions on my workout. It is all expertly planned by health scientists that understand how to get the most from the 55 minute workout. While it might be more expensive that your traditional gym membership, you get a whole lot more. I don't look at my membership as an expense, I look at it as an investment....one I get payback on every single day.
The coaches are great. The workouts are well-structured and you can be in and out in an hour.
