I love that the workouts are targeted, challenging and always changing. I love the energy of the coaches, playlists and overall atmosphere. And I love that I’m always pushed to give more of myself, even when I think I can’t.

I like variety. Every time i go the workout is different. LOVE all the challenges - they keep me motivated! Great support from coaches, its like working with a personal trainer. OTF Weat springfield is a great facility with fantastic people!!!
Out of strength, rower, treadmill, I favor the strength side most. I enjoy all of the classes, and especially love how helpful “my coach” Sierra is by instructing me how to properly do the movements with the dumbbells. I always do them wrong, but am so thankful that she corrects me!! I couldn’t do this on my own at home watching an app, etc.
I also LOVE the playlists!! 🔥🔥🔥
