I love everything about OTF! The exercise structure, the music, the coaches and the comraderie.
The workouts are always very different so it keeps me on my toes. I feel like I’m always challenged with the multitude of variations for treads, floor, and rows. I also enjoy the different challenges available each month (capture the flag, the chipper, tornado, etc).

There is no pressure to work as hard (or as little) as the person next to me. I am encouraged/inspired to work at my own pace. Love that each workout is slightly different than the next. HIIT is they type of workout that is best for me and this is just great!

I love that every workout is different! The motivation from the coaches and music keep you going and you can push yourself as hard as you want and don't feel bad if you can not keep up with someone next to you.
