It's an effective use of my time.
Love the music, upbeat vibe, variety of exercises to work different muscle groups. Jackie and Michelle are excellent instructors and have been invaluable in correcting my form while using free weights and on the row machine. Without them I would have injured myself. Both are also enthusiastic and encouraging. Peyton, the gym manager, is professional and excellent, friendly and attentive to client needs. Highly recommend Fairfax Circle OT!
I love the variety of workouts. Something different each time I come. The instructor guided workouts in the tread are my favorites. I’m not too much of a fan of the cards telling us what to do since I find that less motivating to be on my own- also the cards are really hard to read for those of us who need reading glasses (which I don’t bring to class). Overall I always feel as though I leave having had an amazing workout and pushed myself more than I would ever do on my own.

The variability of the workouts - HIIT, Strength, cardio
Great coaches and a great full body workout that I don't have to create myself and then wait for someone to be done with the machine or free weights. Everything is just there and ready and cleaned up.
I love the classes! I have done 1211 classes now! It keeps me young and healthy at age 63.
I love it that they keep pushing you but make it fun! It is definitely worth spending a monthly fee on it
Everything! All the coaches are energetic, friendly, knowledgeable and have awesome playlists. The 3 components of the workout are the perfect combination for me. It’s the only workout I’ve been able to stick with (4.5 years and over 800 classes).
Whole design and execution makes you do what you would otherwise not do - get heart rate up for sustained periods. Great way to burn calories. Bio feedback is indispensable element.

It is engaging and intense without being over the top. The coaches I’ve met so far are friendly and enjoy what they do. They really put effort into managing their classes and the people in them. It feels like fun self imposed torture rather than corporate commercialized torture hidden in fake considerations for health and wellness improvement.

Great instructors - intense workouts - good pace
Just show up with an open mind and work your hardest. 60 minutes later, you’ll be drenched in sweat and wondering how you just did that. The instructors are great, well trained, and on top of things. The workouts engage your entire body and mind. Can’t think of a more efficient way to exercise for one hour, burn the most calories, and get the best results for your overall health.
