It varies every day
Get in and get it done.
It’s just a very efficient 1 hour workout
What's not to like? It is a fast and guided work out for those of us that need the motivation. The workouts are fun. You work out at your own pace and because you are focused on your own heart rate and pace, you hardly notice what others are doing. There is a wide range of ages. I am 61 myself. The coaches and staff are super nice. The staff greets you by your name all the time.
That pretty much sums it up.
I enjoy the change of routine in every workout. It makes the exercise more challenging but provides options for some with special needs.
Great Coaches , Great Atmosphere, Great Exercises
The coaches, the people, high end equipment, a fun and challenging workout routine, everything!
Getting both a cardio and strength training workout in one hour is very efficient.
I love everything about Orange Theory. It is motivating, friendly, creates a sense of community and is a challenging and effective workout. The zone system along with the side by side coaching has made a huge difference in my fitness competence. Highly recommend.
Orange is more of a community than a gym. Great motivator.
Awesome coaches and staff. Everyone is very encouraging and supportive and helps everyone to do their best. Workouts are a great variety as well!
I don’t have to think about what to do next! The workouts are always a little different. I like that there are options like a lift only class and cardio classes.
It’s challenging and changes everyday!
Variety and the lift sessions. Need more of them.
People pushing you
I love how it’s always a surprise and I do not have to chose my workout for the day- it is done for me! I like when the coaches are able to help me push it to the next limit and I truly feel my best after each and every class!
First of all, I love the coaches and desk staff - their support and positivity have really helped me stay motivated to keep working at becoming more fit.
As far as the workouts, I'm seeing great results going an average of approximately 1-2 times per week, which is fantastic! I have a really busy schedule, so being able to get good results and feel more fit and healthy without investing a lot of time has been terrific. I also love that the workouts are pre-planned; I just need to show up and follow the coaches to get, more or less, a total body workout.
Friendly staff and great coaches!
The staff and instructors are great
Workouts are usually pretty fun and staff is nice. Site is always clean.
First off, I really enjoy the efficiency of an OT workout. From the moment I enter the class till the time I leave, every minute I am active. Secondly, I enjoy the fact that I can pick a class that fits my schedule.
Excellent trainers. Never boring-keeping me fit!!

I like the coach guidance, positive office staff and disciplined structure of cardio and strength. My functional strength has truly improved these past few months, sorely needed in the second act of life!
There are several things that I like about my Orange Theory Workouts.
First, I like that in 60 minutes I can get a whole-body workout. I leave feeling that I gave it my all. It fits well into my workday.
Second, I like the coaching staff. They are so helpful and encouraging and fun.
Third, I like the ease with which I can schedule my workouts
Fourth, I like the front desk staff. They always greet me by name and make me feel like a valued member
Fifth, and fineally, I like not knowing what to expect when I walk into the studio. Is it going to be a power day? A 2000 meter rowing benchmark?
