Every workout is different. I feel like I get total body fitness in a fun and fast paced environment. The coaches are great and the results for me (after roughly 18 months) are tremendous.
I appreciate the different exercises targeting various muscle groups each day, ensuring a well-rounded workout. Burning a cool 400-500 cals per hour is the real deal. coaches stand out with their motivational approach and assistance in maintaining proper form. The positive change in the cancellation policy is a welcomed improvement.

Different every day
It’s not a fitness studio….its a whole community. It’s my happy place. Everyone….from coaches to members…are super supportive and nice! I don’t even want to try any other location!
I like that there is a focus on all aspects of physical health, namely cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. I also like the HIIT because I rarely do that when I work out at home. I really need other people around me to push myself that hard.

As I’ve said many times before, OTF saved me from languishing during the COVID-19 pandemic, and now it’s become a regular habit and behavior that supports my health and wellbeing. Things I like? Being able to easily schedule classes on my phone; how close it is to my home; easy parking; being greeted by name when I walk in; having amazing coaches who are knowledgable, fun, caring, and motivating; having a variety of workouts so it never gets boring; being completely drenched afterwards because of the workout; great music; exercising with others; paying attention to my body with the heart rate monitor. How’s that?

An encouraging and fun environment, that helps to boost motivation for having a great workout - clean facility, great staff and coaches. I love not having to put mental energy towards the workout - the plan is done, instructions are given, and all you have to do is the workout. It's great!

Love the workouts and the variety. The OTF - South Barrington Coaches are excellent! All are positive and extremely supportive! The other patrons are a great and friendly group which makes "going to workout" a great time!
