I love the coaches, the people who come to work out, and the vibes at OTF Lincoln Park. I actually live farther away now but still come for that.
Great coaches.
I love that it was at my own pace. The coach/instructor was great at cuing us - it helps to push you further than you thought you'd go. The constant change made the 60 minute class feel like five minutes. I felt like i was hitting my zones in a balanced way that was helping me achieve my goals without being so intense that it increased recovery time and would delay my next workout or that I didn't work hard enough to improve my performance. Loved it.
I really enjoy the constantly changing focus during the workout. It keeps me engaged and prevents boredom.
The coaches are all awesome. The various workouts address what I am looking for from worries. The staff get to know each person as an individual.

I like everything about the workout! The one thing i dislike is the class cancelation policy being $15 if done less than 8 hrs in advance.
Full body, challenging but safe, different ways to alter it to accommodate different injuries, the teachers really know how to push you, and tell you how to slow down to not hurt yourself, plus Nicks playlists are always motivating.
I like the variety and pacing of the workouts. The coaches keep us moving and encourage our progression!
