I have been to several OT locations, but absolutely love the Logan Square coaches the most.
I like that the workouts are structured, but flexible based on individual abilities. The coaches at OTF South Elgin are amazing—very friendly, motivating, and disciplined about watching the clock. Playlists are great (most of the time!). And the members are friendly and supportive. The studio is always clean too!

Love the clear instructions and expectations coaches set at the beginning of the workout as it allows me to set my pace and goals accordingly. Workouts use lots of good evidence based techniques to help build muscle mass

BEST WORKOUT EVER! The equipment is brand new. Downtown Oak Park coaches & staff are anazing. All have been super supportive of my fitness journey. Since it opened this location has truly fostered a great OTF new community.
The workouts are always challenging as well as interactive. The atmosphere is always upbeat and encouraging as I am able to feed off of the trainers' vibrant energy.
