Great workout and has a great staff!
Workouts are challenging, but doable along with instructions for modifications if needed. Although the offering is always row, treadmill, and floor; the templates change daily keeping it fresh.

It’s intense! It incorporates strength and endurance with a variety of strategies that include cardio, lifting, and TRX.
Orange Theory Shorewood is such a wonderful place. The coaches are so knowledgeable and motivating. Everyone is so accepting of each other and always willing to help if needed. When you are working out, even on the toughest days, you will constantly hear people sharing positive words of encouragement…. great job, good work, you killed it! It is so inspiring and refreshing! The workouts are phenomenal. I never ran/jogged/power walked a day in my life until Orange Theory. Now I jog/run in and out of class. I am stronger, healthy, toned.

I love the friendly competition. Everyone from the front desk to the trainers to the people in the class are so encouraging. I love going to class (even at 5:30 in the morning) because I know it’ll be fun and a great workout.
I love otf Geneva. Everything about it. The instructors are all very good and I always work harder there than on my own. Highly recommend!
