It is a very clean facility. The workouts are different every time I go which I enjoy! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
My only suggestion would be be open gym hours for people that maybe can’t make it to the normal class times.

My coaches and facility are THE BEST. Working out with like-minded 'friends' is a bonus.
It’s an extremely good workout session. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming! The coaches are very helpful! If you want a good workout session, this is definitely the place to go!
Get both strength and cardiac done in an hour. Many different times of sessions in any given day. Every class is different.
I appreciate that the workout is designed to challenge yourself rather than others. I like that there is data and measurement, so that I can compare for improvement.
Everything! It’s so structured and I love all the data that comes with the exercise. I’ve also gone from barely being able to run a mile to running a 7:03 min mile in under a year!

I’ve tried other workouts, but nothing compares to OTF. I love the music and I love the coaches who help motivate and push us. Every time I need a modification, the coaches have helped with no judgment. I also love the different challenges, as it gives me something to help motivate me to go. All I need to do is show up and do my best, I don’t have to think about anything else.
It’s always different, and you get Cardio, Weights in 1 hour
I've not been as much as I'd like to say I did this month, but my travel siginficantly increased for work and personally. That being said, OTF is most places I travel, which makes me feel like I'm making good decisions for myself while I'm away from home. I love these workouts because I can't freak myself out about doing them before they happen- I show up, I sweat like crazy, and I'm better for it when I leave :) This place is awesome!

I love OT workouts because they vary every time. And, I don’t have to think about my fitness routine, somebody else does for me!
I like everything except the price! I would.join instantly for the twice a week but I can't manage the cost. The staff are so nice and encouraging. I feel stronger afterwards.
I love the fact that Orange Theory workouts typically incorporate a mix of cardio and strength training exercises, workouts are typically designed to be high-intensity and time-efficient, making them suitable for individuals with busy work schedules. Working out in a group setting can provide motivation and camaraderie, making the workout experience more enjoyable, especially since the classes are led by amazing instructors who help us stay motivated and accountable
I like that it is different every day, and the coaches are very helpful in correcting form and motivating me.
I like the sense of community that continues to build. Variety of exercises has been good.
Coaches, environment, intensity, flex hours…
I like that the heart rate is monitored. I would like to see or hear more about form when weight lifting or doing the floor work. In the smaller classes it would not be impossible for the coach to provide some individual corrections related to posture and form.
